{Peanut Butter Fudge Pie}

I think the title of this post says it all. Who doesn’t love a pie that contains peanut butter and fudge? It’s seriously some of the best things in life all combined in one!

Late last night I needed to make a dessert for a work chili cook-off event. I actually do not like chili, so I figured I could bring a dessert! Because I was so crunched for time this week, it had to be easy and quick. So out came one of my favorite recipes from my recipe box: Peanut Butter Fudge Pie!

And one of the best parts is that it takes only a few, simple ingredients!

Peanut Butter Fudge Pie

1 package 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened (I used Hy-Vee)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping (I used Hy-Vee)
1 Oreo Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed

Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Whisk in Cool Whip.

Spoon into crust. Drizzle with fudge topping; swirl gently with knife.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Slice and enjoy!

Healthy Living Tip:

Save 30 calories and 4 grams of fat per serving by preparing with Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese and Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping.

Extra addition if you would like: garnish with 2 tbsp. chopped cocktail peanuts.

Angela
